| Rebecca Rosenheck is an award-winning artist that paints from life and tries to capture the light. Working primarily in pastel and oil, Rebecca paints the luminous colors she sees, which can’t be discerned from photographs. Rebecca is an associate member of Pastel Society of America and a signature member of Pastel Society of New Jersey. For CLWAC, Rebecca held the position of Co-chair of the Annual Open Exhibition in 2022. Rebecca holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College. Her engineering background informs and enhances the drawing and spacial ability seen in her paintings. She has studied pastel painting with Catherine Kinkade, PSA at the Montclair Art Museum and she has studied oil painting with Rebecca Jean Leer, OPA at the Ridgewood Art Institute. |
